Bec's Biscuits
Project: Rebreand and Website Remodel
Bec's Biscuits has been established for a number of years, but it was time for a strategic rebrand and a website that would shave hours off Bec's work week.

Bec's Biscuits Rebrand and Website
Initially booked for November, Bec realised she was too busy in November/December to complete the website so we addressed the branding, then built the website in March-April 2023 when she had her ducks in a row.

She wanted her brand identity to be an ode to her original design, but modernised and intentional for her future. She immediately fell for her custom sprinkle pattern and when paired with a revised cookie, she was thrilled.

With regard to the website, Bec needed built-in invoicing and e-commerce functions that she could manage on the go. She also needed a place where customers could find the information they were needing, to reduce her contact time. Rather than handling everything in her DMs, now her clients come to her with a shared language, a realistic price expectation and can check her calendar online to know if she can fill their order.

Bec's absolutely loving how much easier her business admin is now that she has a beautiful website that works for her business. Hear from Bec:

"Having the invoices on the website and in the app saves me so much time. I can be more productive on my phone as I’ve always got it on me whereas finding time to sit at the computer to create the invoices and receipts was very hard. All the information on the site has helped customers too. People are coming with ‘this cake in this size’ as opposed to ‘this cake’ with no other information."
