Michelle and I had been following each other on Instagram for quite a while. This year she's invested in her business with new branding (by Complete St) and photography to elevate her online presentation. Next up was naturally a brand new website, with design, copywriting and SEO built in alongside 3 months of educational support after launching.
Michelle loves that her new website streamlines everything for both her clients and herself. Rather than answering DMs back and forth, she gets all the information she needs to quote a project up from, and her clients won't be ghosting her because they'll have a very clear picture of price before they hit 'Enquire.'
Michelle wanted to incorporate email marketing, a shop of ready-made products, as well as custom orders. Taking care of all her automations, she now has very minimal admin to handle other than sending a quote and marking an order as fulfilled.
