Michelle was looking for a website that could handle her custom orders, without needing to make constant, time-consuming contact with buyers. But, she initially struggled to understand just how easy we could make this for her business. After a call in 2022, Michelle was totally confident that she could save hours a week, but needed a few months to get organised.

Now Your Story Collective has a functional website that allows customers to shop her range and personalise items, without needing to contact her. The website's software means financial records are easily kept - she'd previously been using a carbon copy book!

Wanting to make the most of my 3 months of ongoing support, Michelle has had coaching to confidently make some seasonal tweaks to her website, as well as using the built-in email marketing capacity to her advantage.
