Cancellation Policy

All calls are conducted via video call, unless otherwise specified. This enables screen sharing which can be particularly helpful in guiding you. When your call is connected to coursework, the relevant coursework must be submitted in full, via email, 1 full business day prior to the call. This gives Poppins Copy time to review your materials in time for the call. For example, if you scheduled a call for 2pm on Thursday, you must submit your coursework by 2pm on Wednesday. If you do not provide your coursework by this deadline, you forfeit your call. For example, if you submitted your coursework at 11pm on Wednesday. If the work is partial, we will only be able to provide feedback on the partial work. Written feedback will still be provided in a timely manner (within 2 business days) even if a missed deadline causes you to lose your call. When booking a flexible support call, advance notice is not required unless you are hoping for additional feedback on prepared work. If you need to reschedule your call, we appreciate as much notice as possible. If you do not show for a booked meeting, there will be no rescheduling that specific call.
