Project: Fully automated ordering system for cookie business
Keira came to me as a referral client. She'd waited over a year for a software that was promising to work with her website, to facilitate custom online orders.
Confident I'd be able to solve her problem, Cas from Cas' Cakery recommended me and Keira's custom orders were 100% automated within a week!

Fully Automated Custom Cookie Ordering System on Website
For Keira, I created:
1. A helpful user flow for customers, so they understand the order process - split for personal and corporate orders.
2. All the custom order categories and automations in the back end of her website.
3. New graphics to match her existing branding.
4. Website design, copy, and SEO for the new pages.
All Keira had to do was:
1. Add me to her website.
2. Share photos with me.
3. Fill in answers to a set of questions I sent her.

Before
Keira was taking all custom orders - both corporate and personal - via email, DM, or through her website contact form. This was taking a lot of time, collecting all the details required to give a quote, then being ghosted by people.
